Position:

Part Time Kindergarten Art and Music Teacher

Sierra Vista Primary

Qualifications:

*NM Public Education Department K-8 Elementary or Pre-K- Grade 3 Teaching License or eligibility with an endorsement in Visual Arts

*Must be highly qualified in the area of Art and Music Education

*Successful experience teaching with kindergarten students

*Knowledge of Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS)

*Experience with technology

*Must demonstrate willingness to work in a cooperative working environment

*Strong reading, written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

*Teach art and music to kindergarten students

*Work productively as part of a team

*Other duties as assigned

Contract Period:

 Remainder of the 2018-19 school year

Start Date:

January 3, 2019
