Position:

Special Education Teacher-Ruidoso Middle School

Qualifications:

*NM Public Education Department SPED Teaching License or eligibility

*Successful experience preferred teaching middle school students

*Knowledge of Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS)

*Experience with technology

*Must demonstrate a willingness to work in a cooperative working environment

*Strong reading, written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

*Work with students with special needs

*All subject areas

*Conduct IEP meetings as needed

*Work productively as part of a team

*Other duties as assigned

Contract Period:

Remainder of the 2018-19  School Year

Start Date:

 As soon as practicable
