Position: Speech/Language Pathologist
Qualifications: *Valid license from New Mexico Public Education Department *Prefer Level III License *Prefer Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: *High degree of knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to K-12 Special Education and Education programs *Ability to work with changing priorities, regulations and deadlines *Ability to analyze situations accurately and to recommend necessary action *Effective staff and public relations skills *Effective skills in planning and organization *Effective verbal and written communication skills *Ability to perform essential job functions and job task requirements
Essential Function: *Evaluation and diagnosis of a wide variety of speech and language delays and disorders, including voice disorders, fluency disorders, articulation delays and disorders, and receptive and expressive language delays and disorders
Contract Period: 2018-19 School Year
Start Date: August 2018
