Qualifications and

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED; licensed instructor preferred

* Valid New Mexico Coaching licensure or eligibility

* Attain NMAA Coaching Certifications

*Must demonstrate willingness to work in a cooperative working environment

*Strong reading, written, verbal and interpersonal skills

*Preference given to certified staff

*CDL is preferred, or willing to obtain CDL

Responsibilities

*Primary duties include assisting the softball coach

*Working knowledge of rules and regulations of the sport involved

*Ability to work well with students, staff, and parents

*Ability to work productively as part of a team

*Ability to work a flexible schedule

*Other duties as assigned
